Experience of 38 years in Pharmaceutical Industry – Sanofi- Aventis/ Sanofi Have worked in above Organization from Medical Representative/ Area Manager/ Training Manager/ Regional Manager and lastly Sr. Regional Business Manager. Apart from Sales Management in all these roles, I have been actively involved in TNA analysis, run development programs to hone up the skills / Communication workshops and workshops for Sales assertiveness (All India Role).
